Advertising with AviCrowd is a great way to get the word out about your event, properties, sim, or store! With several placements to choose from and many pricing options, there’s a way to advertise to the AviCrowd community for people with any budget. 

If you’d like to advertise with us, please join us on our Support Discord Server. Once you join the server, create a ticket.

Please be aware that depending on how much is in our Queue for ad displays, it may take up to a few days for your ads to display depending on the demand for ads, so you should reach out to setup a campaign early and reserve your dates!

We’ve created an advertisement Discord server separate from our support server to allow the crowd to post advertisements as well! With this Discord server there are multiple subscription types, but for just 6.99 USD a month you can have all of the unique Discord perks (posting to about 10 servers with over 100 users in each server all at one time!), backstage included, and 1 free advertisement! PINNED POST

A post created by you sticks to the top of the activity stream for 1 week. Everyone who logs in within that month will see that post in their stream first, regardless how many posts are posted in those days. Pinned posts are great solutions for short-term, high-impact advertising at an incredibly low rate.

Your advertisement is visible at the top of the website on the Activity Stream. We put these advertisements in order based on first a come first serve basis.

Since this is a limited type of advertisement, if the space is already reserved you can place your advertisement in the queue for the next advertisement to be posted once there is availability.

IN-STREAM

Your advertisement is randomly inserted into the stream as you scroll. You may add a description and a link for when the advertisement is clicked. You can also add links in the description. Since the ads are randomized there is a chance that your one ad can show up multiple times while scrolling, depending on how many other ads of this type are running.

Maximum of 500 characters per ad. Your photo size MUST be 900×450.

HIGHLIGHT

Your advertisement is displayed at the top of the right sidebar, above other content. The Highlight Ad allows you to post up to 3 buttons, to link your content more specifically. This is the best way to reach everyone on the website with the most organized content. Since this is a limited type of advertisement, only one type of this ad can run at a time. 

Highlight ads are visible to Backstage users, so everyone sees them.

POP UP

The pop-up advert allows us to post an advertisement that automatically pops up every time a user logs into the site. The user will be forced to close the advertisement before browsing the content on the site.  You can add a clickable link to this advertisement type as well.
